Hi, I am Marco
I bring relief to aching people leaders. At the intersection of leadership, movement and healing, I help people leaders connect to their bodies, manage stress and pain and explore new ways of leading in times of uncertainty and upheaval.
I can relate to the satisfaction and stresses of professional life. I am a graduate from the business school at Bocconi University in Italy and I formerly led brands and teams as an executive at Moleskine and De’Longhi. I have spoken on design and mobility at Parsons School of Art and Design, FUSE Design and Culture, and CUSP. I am honored to have been quoted in The New York Times, Design Milk, Forbes and Fast Company. Over time my fascination with human-centric design led me to pursue new ways of leading and managing business.
Over the last 25 years I have developed a passion for understanding the sensing body, movement, self-expression, collective healing and living well. I completed many somatic, athletic and brain/body training and certifications including: Alexander Technique, Ohashi Method® and as a Running Coach. I also immersed myself in learning about Eastern principles of meridian energy, Zen philosophy, Gestalt, Embodied Anatomy, Acting Performance, Aesthetics and Painting. I am currently expanding my studies in trauma resolution and Somatic Experiencing®.
In my own life, I build my resilience also through meditation, running, swimming and cycling. I am an endurance athlete having completed thirteen marathons, Ironman distance events, and many swimming and cycling events.
My mission today is to help entrepreneurs, managers and executives to become embodied people leaders. I have coached and trained business leaders in Europe, the USA and Mexico from Armani Group, Flos, Unicef, Lululemon, TEDx, University of Sydney Business School, CENTRO and MoMA among others.
Originally from Italy, I travelled the world and I kept curiosity on human connectedness alive and established a grounding interest in culture, diversity and mobility. I have lived in New York City, Vancouver, Canada and I now reside in Los Angeles.
